I Have Forgotten My Password?
If you have forgotten your password please click 'login' and then select 'forgotten your password' this will then ask you to enter your email address, once you have done this you will be emailed a new password.
If you still have trouble trying to login after using your new password please contact us at support.
I Cannot Access My Account?
If you are having trouble accessing your account please check the following steps. You are using the correct username and password You are using uppercase and lowercase correctly as login details are case sensitive If you still cannot login after checking the above please contact us at support.
I Have Reset My Password But Have Not Received A New Password?
If you have reset your password using the 'forgotten password' link and have not received an email with your new password please contact us at support.
How Do I Change My Password?
Go to Login page and you will find forgot password link and follow the instructions to reset your password
How Do I Cancel My Subscription
To cancel your subscription please go to 'your account' and under 'your subscriptions' section you will see your active subscriptions and the cancel button. If you have any trouble please contact support..
Once I Have Cancelled, Will I Have The Access I Have Paid For?
If you have cancelled your subscription with WF you will still have access for the month you have paid for.
For example if your monthly payment was taken on the 1st January and you cancelled on the 15th January, you will still have access to your plan until the 1st February. If you have any problems please contact us at support.

Our student discount applies to all our programmes and subscriptions.
Can I Use The Student Discount On Shop Products?
Unfortunately our student discount does not apply to shop products.

Unfortunately you cannot download the workouts you need to be connected to the internet.
Can I Watch WF On My Mobile Device?
Yes you can watch WF on any device as long as you are connected to the internet.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription
To cancel your subscription please go to 'your account' and under 'your subscriptions' section you will see your active subscriptions and the cancel button. If you have any trouble please contact support.

To downgrade your plan please go to 'My Feed' in here you will be able to see your active subscription and upgrade to another plan.
If I Downgrade Will I Be Refunded?
If you downgrade your plan before your next payment date you will not receive a refund, your new lower charge will start on the next payment date.
For example if your monthly payment was taken on the 1st January and you downgrade on the 15th January, your new subscription payment will be taken and start on the 1st february.

How Do I Upgrade?
To upgrade your plan please go to 'My Feed' in here you will be able to see your active subscription and upgrade to another plan.
If I Upgrade Will I Be Charged Twice?
If you upgrade your plan before your next payment date you will be charged the difference and this will become your new payment date.
For example, if your monthly payment was taken on the 1st January and you upgrade on the 15th January we will take payment for the difference on the 15th January and your next monthly payment will be taken on the 15th February and the 15th of every month after that.
